Muses & A.R.T., a non-profit association (law 1901) based in Lyon, France, at the service of the conservation and restoration of painted works in danger.
It is after several years of collaborative work on artworks in peril requiring heavy conservation-restoration work, that we decided in 2018 to federate our energies to defend this cause by creating in Lyon the association for the preservation of the heritage Muses & A.R.T..
We are art professionals and, with other specialists and amateurs concerned with heritage gathered in a committee of experts, we reflect and work in the common concern to preserve our artistic wealth.
By its actions, Muses & A.R.T wishes, beyond the care of works in danger, to raise awareness among as many people as possible of the issues of safeguarding cultural goods and to allow a better knowledge of our regional heritage.
